In the Posture and Alignment Workshops, we break down peak yoga poses to enhance your practice and ensure you are practicing in the safest way possible. Dandayamana Dhanurasana, or standing pulling bow pose, increases circulation of the heart and lungs, improves strength and balance, and stimulates the cardiovascular system.
