In the Posture and Alignment Workshops, we break down peak yoga poses to enhance your practice and ensure you are practicing in the safest way possible. Adho Mukha Svanasana, or downward facing dog pose, decreases tension and headaches by elongating the cervical spine, improves upper body strength and posture, and lowers heart rate.
